Welcome, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who can help. I bring compassion and empathy to my psychotherapy and teaching. I graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and was awarded a Master in Social Work degree from the University of Southern California in 1998. Currently, I am working on my Doctorate in Education at USC. My approach is multi-dynamic in addressing the challenges of everyday life. I’m an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the USC School of Social Work and have counseled thousands of clients regarding mental health, career, relationships and health. I was formerly the director of a non-profit housing agency serving disabled individuals and families and was a former faculty member at the California State University at Los Angeles. I have always believed in continuing education and became experienced as a Certified Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist. In 2010, I became a Certified EMDR Therapist. I have over a decade of experience helping others as a professional social worker.
